Welcome to the Coolidge Amendment project
The Coolidge Amendment is a proposal for a Constitutional Amendment inspired by Calvin Coolidge. The proposed Amendment would require Congress to balance the budget each year while simultaneously capping the federal income tax rate at 25%.
